At MiYORK East Coast Kitchen, we bring hearty East Coast flavors and culinary craft straight to the table. From day one, our mission has been to serve gourmet pizzas prepared by a talented chef who puts real passion into every recipe. We build our thin, crispy pies starting with carefully fermented dough, a smooth house-made tomato sauce, and quality toppings like creamy ricotta and savory meats. Our kitchen also turns out primo strombolis, five cheese stuffed garlic bread, and tender all-beef meatballs simmered with fresh basil. We even prepare crispy fried chicken sandwiches layered with pickled onions on fresh brioche for guests looking beyond the slice. As Dave G. shared, "the pepperoni with ricotta and hot honey pizza is amazing." Seeing folks take that first bite and make the drive out to eat with us reminds us why we put so much care into everything we cook.
